My Item Arrived Damaged or Incorrect — What Should I Do?

If you received:

  • The wrong size or item

  • A product with damage (stains, rips, printing error)

Please submit a ticket with:

  • Photos of the item

  • Your order number

  • A short message about the issue

We'll process a replacement or refund within 48 hours after review. In most cases, we’ll cover all return and reshipment costs.
